IT’S FREE!

AS A TRAILBLAZER:

• you’ll receive a membership card
• you’ll be entitled to discounts at participating mall
  merchants (list located on Courtland Center kiosk)
• you can take advantage of the blood pressure screenings and
  cholesterol tests in Center Court on the first Wednesday of every
  month
• you’ll be invited to attend special Courtland Trailblazer
  programs where you’ll enjoy guest speakers and refreshments

HOW TO JOIN:

It’s easy! You can do one of the following:

• Pick up an application form from the Genesys kiosk, located at center court within Courtland Center.

Once you fill out the application, please insert it into the slot located on the kiosk within Courtland Center and KEEP the membership card with your signature to receive the discounts.
